There will be no classes for the Christmas break in Leduc.
We will start up classes again on January 6th.
Hope all enjoy the holidays, drive safe and enjoy your family time.

Remembrance Day

To all our fallen soldiers and to those who still protect us and train to protect us,
We remember you always and take this day to Honour what you have dine and do for us every day.

Winter

Just like before any class we should stretch, remember to stretch before shovelling snow, going skiing, skating, snowmobiling.
Whatever your activity is make sure you take a few minutes to stretch out, especially in this cold weather. Hope all keep safe and see you soon.

Recently you came to our clinic and thought us the basics of Bojuka. At first I wasn't too sure if I'd ever use these, but then quickly realized that yes they may come into play someday at my other job. I work at McDonald's and my location can get rather busy and sometimes situations arise where self defense is a good thing to know. I am certain that what you taught me will protect me if anything were to ever happen. And now I go to work a lot more assertive and with confidence. I am no longer afraid to go to work ( especially when i work nights). Again thank you for teaching us and I believe I could benefit from more in the near future.

Ladies Event

Got to share with some wonderful ladies at General and Vascular Surgeons this afternoon.
They shared, they learned, and the best part was i did not get hurt one time.
Hope you ladies don't hurt your spouses when you get home to practice.
Thanks for having us out to share with you today, and we look forward to seeing you again in the near future.

September Classes

Yes. We are hoping to have class on September 9th.

I believe the studio will be done in time if not we will have it at our old location.

The directions to get there. Take leduc exit. The first exit will bring you out onto 50st. (and take you all the way through town)

The second will bring you out onto 50 ave (Hwy 39)

Get to 50 ave either way. and take it east to 48a ave which will be on your North side or left. Turn left to the first street, which is 51 Ave. We are on 51 Ave. inside Connectivity Dance, beside the day care. Beside  The Rasio Restaurant.

We are running classes on sunday afternoons, and thursday evenings in Leduc. Adult and Kids classes.

Enjoy pain that students cause to me that remind me of the intensity of the pain i felt from my own instructor. Proud of you guys.


Great to see students progress, find there own faults and weakness, correct them and turn out great techniques.


Shane and Jason have become great students, and great instructors. Look forward to some more pain.

Open Class June 22th - 7pm

Hey everyone we will be holding a class in Ellerslie area on Friday night June 22th at 7pm. 

All are welcome out. For those already coming out, and for or those who where looking for an Edmonton Location, come check us out, bring a friend, have some fun and learn something too. Gauranteed to enjoy yourself.
