Enjoy pain that students cause to me that remind me of the intensity of the pain i felt from my own instructor. Proud of you guys.


Great to see students progress, find there own faults and weakness, correct them and turn out great techniques.


Shane and Jason have become great students, and great instructors. Look forward to some more pain.

Open Class June 22th - 7pm

Hey everyone we will be holding a class in Ellerslie area on Friday night June 22th at 7pm. 

All are welcome out. For those already coming out, and for or those who where looking for an Edmonton Location, come check us out, bring a friend, have some fun and learn something too. Gauranteed to enjoy yourself.

 We will be behind Jason Mosmann place. His address is 1615 Melrose place McEwan. Check out the Google map link, Parking on MacEwan Rd. and we will be in the grass on the west side of the play set and walking path.
