Christmas Holidays

There will be no classes for the Christmas break in Leduc.
We will start up classes again on January 6th.
Hope all enjoy the holidays, drive safe and enjoy your family time.

Remembrance Day

To all our fallen soldiers and to those who still protect us and train to protect us,
We remember you always and take this day to Honour what you have dine and do for us every day.

Winter

Just like before any class we should stretch, remember to stretch before shovelling snow, going skiing, skating, snowmobiling.
Whatever your activity is make sure you take a few minutes to stretch out, especially in this cold weather. Hope all keep safe and see you soon.

Dear Jason,


Recently you came to our clinic and thought us the basics of Bojuka. At first I wasn't too sure if I'd ever use these, but then quickly realized that yes they may come into play someday at my other job. I work at McDonald's and my location can get rather busy and sometimes situations arise where self defense is a good thing to know. I am certain that what you taught me will protect me if anything were to ever happen. And now I go to work a lot more assertive and with confidence. I am no longer afraid to go to work ( especially when i work nights). Again thank you for teaching us and I believe I could benefit from more in the near future.
